Teambuilding is the most awaited event of the year. It's the perfect opportunity for everyone to know each other better, accept new challenges and, most important, have fun. But what happens when the mountains meet the tropics? Easy, we called it a Tropicalicious teambuilding in the mountains. And yes, it was just as fun as it sounds.

Our adventure started in the first weekend of September. Even if there was a lot of rain predicted we had even more positive thoughts. And they paid off! The sun shined for us creating the perfect ambience to start our special and challenging activities. This years activities were integrated in a concept: GEOcaching.

With everything set, we joyfully started our missions. Each introduced coordinate led the team to a new activity.
To start everything off, we created random teams, assigned a captain, picked up a GPS device and the team's challenge sheet.

“Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity, in which participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or mobile device and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches", at specific locations marked by coordinates all over the world.”
Our day started with a big group activity called “Flying Squirrel”. It was challenging to see all of us work together as a huge team, but it was also extremely funny. Madalina, Ioana, Sebi, Cristiana and Evelyne were the cutest squirrels! We continued with conquering the rest of the activities, each team trying to get the highest score. Who thought it could be so much fun searching the right way? Some of us got lost, others found amazing landscapes into the woods, others crossed their paths with cows.

Eventually all the activities were fun and challenging and all teams did a great job at getting them done.

Our day ended with a tasty BBQ and an awesome party on the terrace. A lot of fresh air, walks in the nature, climbing, colourful kept, pineapples, flamingos, limbo and the positive vibes made the perfect recipe for one GREAT TEAMBUILDING.

P.S Congratulations Calin, Septimiu, Marius, Bianca, Sebi, Ruud and Ingrid for winning the competition!
