Team Structure & Methodology

Wayfare extended the TVH development team, collaborating closely with the Belgium-based internal teams. The teams adopted Agile practices to ensure seamless integration and ongoing process optimization. 

Key collaborative initiatives included: 

• Deep dive into the ADM2 framework; 

• Process flow mapping across application modules (receiving, picking, packing, delivery, sales, etc.). 

Achievements

• Stronger understanding of the ADM2 architecture and the application ecosystem;

• Visual documentation of application functionality across different logistics processes; 

• Seamless integration of the external team into the Belgium-based team; 

• Successful extension of the capacity, currently supporting 5 TVH squads. The ramp-up was a joint effort of Belgium and Romanian team members, leveraging the knowledge of current experienced team members.
